In the event of your cancellation you shall not be entitled to receive a refund of any part of the products purchased. Cancellations will forfeit the initial deposit. You will need to notify Delchuterie, LLC of your cancellation 2 weeks prior to your event. If you cancel and we have already prepared, no refund will be given.
I warrant to Delchuterie, LLC that I am in good health. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and I release DelChuterie, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, liabilities or damages for personal injuries, which I may suffer directly, or indirectly resulting from my participation.
DelChuterie, LLC cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any illness or health problem that may result from the consumption of its prepared foods.
